Ingredients: (Serves: 2 Persons)

2 tablespoons — almonds
1 tablespoon– walnuts
1 tablespoon— flax seeds
1 tablespoon— honey
2-4 saffron strands
250 ml milk

Preparation :

1.Grind the almonds walnuts and flax seeds together.
2.In a blender, mix the almonds, flaxs seeds, cold milk, honey and saffron.
3.Serve chilled.
